Pay failed, or the wrap never loaded. Email us. We'll refund or remake it — your call.

You sent it and they opened it. That's the product. No refund after they open the surprise.

The 30 days ran out. That's how Wrapwish works — we say it before you pay. We can't bring a deleted wrap back. We can help you make a new one.

Forever. If you haven't sent a second wrap, email within 7 days and we'll refund the $29.
